Job Duties:

• Examine the HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems in the residential homes of our customers
• Run airflow analysis, load calculations, and infrared/static pressure measurements
• Determine best equipment for customers’ homes and create a plan based on their wants and needs.
• Provide solutions for Electrical upgrades and projects.
• Present options and assist customers in making the best decision for their family
• Work closely with our install teams to assure excellent customer experience

What you need:

• HS Diploma or GED
• Prior experience in residential HVAC, plumbing, or electrical sales is required.
• Proficiency with MS Office and Google is a +
• Preferred experience using Customer Service Software such as Service Titan and salesbuilder.
• Physically able to move equipment and crawl into attics
• A flexible schedule to work evening and weekend calls on an as needed basis to better serve customers.
• Valid and clean driving record and background
