COOLING TUNE UP:

  • Monitor thermostat operation
  • Inspect inside cooling coil and clean if needed (if accessible)
  • Inspect primary and secondary condensate drains
  • Inspect and clean blower components if needed.
  • Inspect and clean outdoor coils – if needed
  • Inspect and test safety controls
  • Lubricate all moving parts (where applicable)
